I've lost my license number! Can you send it to me?

If you've lost your license number, use our License Request Form.


Default Folder X is telling me I need to upgrade.

Version 6 of Default Folder X is a paid upgrade for users that purchased their licenses before March 1, 2023. You can purchase an upgrade through the Default Folder X Upgrade Page.

Is there a version of Default Folder X for Sonoma?

Default Folder X version 6.0 or higher is compatible with Sonoma.


My email address changed. How do I let you know?

To ensure that you continue to receive update notices after changing your email address, use our Change of Address Form or send mail to admin@stclairsoft.com. Include both your old and new email addresses.
